Human Diversity Lab

Human Diversity Lab

We study how children think about themselves and the people around them.

Some of our primary lines of work focus on the emergence and development of social identities, prejudice and discrimination, children’s understanding of inequality, and prosocial behavior.

We use diverse experimental, correlational, and observational methods including tools from developmental science, social psychology, behavioral economics, and legal studies to address these questions.
